Law is a thriving profession in today’s time as the demand of intelligent and smart lawyers has been increased. As the crime and forgery has been increased day by day due to which demand of lawyer has also aggravated. Students who are planning for opting law as their career needs to put lots of hard work during the course. The most important point students should consider at the time of taking admission in this law course is that specialisation course. The specialisation course decides which field a student a wants to make career in. For instance is a students want to make career in international law, he has to decide it while enrolling for the course.

A student becomes eligible for taking admission in BA in LLB (Hons) after completing senior secondary examination. The course takes five years to be completed, during the course a student needs to complete a year of internship with a recognised private firm. A student can also opt for LLB as a degree course, which is a three years course. After completing this course, students are eligible to work in both private and public sector as advocates, public prosecutor, legal counsellors, legal advisors, legal journalists, law teachers, human rights law activist, law makers, etc.  After gain a considerable experience in this field, a law professional can apply for the position of judge, attorney and solicitor general.

It is very important to select specialisation course wisely as it decides a students to a large extent. There is an array of courses such as patent law, corporation law, tax law, criminal law, commercial law, international law, etc. a student a can choose from.

To become a successful lawyer, a student needs to be very patient to grow in career. Remunerations paid to lawyer are quiet appreciable, a lawyer can earn good amount of money by handling two or three cases. Commercial law specialist is a very lucrative career and a student after completing commercial law course can fetch good amount of money.

Commercial Law is about handling disputes and issues related to business and commerce. Commercial law generally handles contracts, tax, employment, mergers and takeovers issues, health and safety, and finance, etc related issues. The law gives opportunity to a lawyer to explore different facets of business and how to deal with business related issues. There are several courses across the world, which offer law degree with specialisation in different courses.
